About our Support

Concerning the “Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Support Project” that JICA conducts, our company supports the realization and execution of the superior proposals originating in private companies.

JICA’s small and medium-sized business support project, in addition to utilizing the technology of private companies to aim to solve the issues of developing countries, is also a project that is connected to opportunities for companies to develop their businesses overseas and expand their businesses. This business has 3 types: a basic survey (Maximum period of 1 year), a survey for proposal development (Maximum period of 1 year), dissemination, demonstration, and a commercialization project (Maximum period of 3 years). Generally, each type of business simultaneously has 2 application opportunities per year. While it depends on the companies’ preliminary surveys and status of preparation, it takes approximately 3 months from the creation of the application materials to the submission of the application.

The target countries are primarily the ODA recipient countries where JICA has overseas locations, and there are 21 countries in Asia, 9 countries in Oceania, 21 countries in Central and South America, 6 countries in the Middle East, and 2 European countries (As of August 2019).
